We’re excited to share details about our recent project that we undertook for ‘Bailey Builders’ in Bourne, Lincolnshire. We had the opportunity to showcase our expertise in roofing and cladding, demonstrating why we’re the leaders in our industry.
The project was located at Baston Fen, a location that presented its unique challenges. However, our experienced team at Tebbutt Roofing and Cladding has a reputation for overcoming hurdles and delivering top-quality results. And we’re happy to report that this project was no different.
We started by installing new 0.7 anti-con roofing sheets. These sheets, recognized for their robust construction, are designed to withstand various weather conditions while providing a high level of safety and reliability. The .7 anti con sheets are particularly resilient against corrosion, ensuring a long-lasting roof for the building.
In addition, we implemented new 0.5 verticals to the gable and elevation. These vertical claddings significantly improve the aesthetics of the building while also enhancing the structure’s durability. Moreover, the vertical claddings also increase the building’s thermal efficiency, making it a cost-effective solution for our clients.
We also added corner rolls, an important detail in cladding projects. Corner rolls offer a neat and professional finish to the building, ensuring all corners are weather-tight and visually appealing.
Furthermore, the building’s barges were expertly handled by our team. We understand that barges not only contribute to the building’s appearance but also serve a practical purpose. Therefore, we ensured that they were installed seamlessly, adding to the building’s structural integrity.
Lastly, we installed a 6-inch gutter. An efficient gutter system is vital in protecting a building’s foundation, preventing water damage and maintaining the structure’s longevity. We ensured the gutter was installed correctly, guaranteeing effective water drainage and reducing the risk of future maintenance costs.
